2D horizontal Shallow Water (Saint-Venant)

This element implement the 2D horizontal (depth-averaged) shallow water equations with drying-wetting capabilities.

The 2D Shallow Water (St. Venant) model is a hydrodynamic model that calculates the flow velocity or discharge and the water level over a two-dimensional domain (2D). It takes into account the various forces influencing the flow and accelerating the water.
